About Us

The Chesapeake Professional Women's Network was established in June 1996 in response to the growing need for communication among women in the workplace.  Since then, the Harford County-based organization has evolved into an active group of professional women who support each other through all walks of life.  Members are business leaders, franchisees and entrepreneurs.  In addition to careers, they have families, they are parents and they are volunteers in their communities.

CPWN's mission is to provide local businesswomen with opportunities for connection, collaboration, and community that will help them thrive both professionally and personally.   Together, they raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for local non-profit organizations.  They offer their membership content-rich presentations on items of interest to the professional women's community.  They network together and develop lasting friendships.
